Cắt giấy decal màu hoa văn thành từng thanh dài. Lột lớp decal và dán vào thành ống giấy, phối các hoa văn lại với nhau tùy theo sở thích. Có thể dán dọc thân hoặc ngang thân ống theo sự sáng tạo riêng của mình. Phối thêm với ruy băng kim tuyến hoặc dây pom pom để cho ống giấy thêm xinh. Sử dụng keo silicon để dán ribbon.

Cut the pattern decal sheet into pieces. Then, stick the decal onto the paper tube either vertically or horizontally. You can select and mix the patterns based on your preference and add ribbons and pom-pom ribbons for decoration. Finally, use silicone glue to attach the ribbons.

Decorate pencils and ruler

Stick the feathers onto one end of the pencil using silicone glue. Wrap the decal around the pencil body and add a ribbon as desired. Repeat the decoration with the ruler.
